The Impact of AI and Expert Systems on Employment and Job Security

There are concerns facing both employment and job security when artificial intelligence and expert systems emerge. Several views appear regarding the emergence of artificial intelligence and expert systems. Some say that these systems will enhance productivity and increase jobs, and there are others who believe that it will lead to job losses and increased income. This paper sheds light on the study of the impact of artificial intelligence and expert systems on employment and job security. In this study, we will focus on statistics by focusing on the responses of artificial intelligence and expert systems and challenges, and the effects of employment and job security, affected by artificial intelligence and expert systems on Employment and job security. The results shown are based on increasing jobs, broad insights into artificial intelligence and expert systems on employment and job security. The positive feedback about these technologies, for example, increasing jobs, reducing costs, increasing productivity. Also, is based on focusing on Challenges faced in artificial intelligence and expert systems, including income increase, job losses, skills increase. The recommendation that should be considered is to promote artificial intelligence and expert systems in a sustainable way, distributing these technologies equally and equitably. This research will support the body of knowledge about artificial intelligence and expert systems and will assist as a valuable resource for those obtaining to understand the probable influence of these technologies on employment and job security.
