Abstract

This study examines data mining techniques in the texts of electronic documents in the Scientific Research Council, and in light of the rapid development of computer and information technology, the amount of data that the Scientific Research Council can store is growing rapidly, and the ability to store this data does not end. Where comes the most important step is how to invest these huge amounts of data. It can be said that these data represent the memory of the Scientific Research Council and a real wealth that can be neglected.
