Burnout is an increasing issue in our post-pandemic world. Since the 1970’s we have recognized the causes, the
consequences, and even potential solutions of burnout. New research dives in even further by categorizing the three
cause of burnout, the several measurement tools that have developed since the 1970's, and the expanding
demographic that is affected by burnout.
